| Summay of notice | ⑴ Contracting Entity : Tomoya Yoshi- oka, President, Japan Student Services Organization. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 75 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be leased : one set of cleaning duties for ichigaya office, JASSO. ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1, November, 2025 to 31, March, 2027 ⑸ Fulfillment place : 10-7 Ichigaya Hommuracho Shinjuku-ku Tokyo. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ have the Grade A, B or C in terms of the qualifications for Participating in tender of the "offer of services" by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto-Koushin'etsu region in the fiscal year, 2025, 2026, 2027. ④ not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the President. ⑤ "Law about prevention of an unfair act by a gangster" be not the mobster and the member, the associate member or the person concerned going to be prescriptive in. ⑥ have a record of building cleaning service contract with followings, A building (s) of at least 5,000㎡ or larger total floor space as for more than one year in the past five years. ⑦ have a privacy mark or system to protect individual information. ⑧ it can be performed the corresponding by the Japanese language. ⑺ Time limit of tender : 5 : 00 PM 8 October 2025 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Accounting Division, Japan Student Services Organization, 6-18-2 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Japan 104-8112 TEL 03-6743-6022 |
