A not come under Article 3 and 4 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for National Institute for School Teachers and Staff Development,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2025 in the Kanto-Koshinetsu area in Sales of products for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the procured products,
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the President,
E not be the business operators that anti-Social forces influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Japanese Government is continuing state concerned.
