| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : SHICHI Yuichi, Director General of Kinki Regional Agricultural Administration Office ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 17 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be lease : 10 passenger cars (①6 compact cars, ②4 minivans) ⑷ Lease period : ①From 1 May, 2026 through 31 March, 2031 ②From 1 September, 2026 through 31 March, 2031 ⑸ Lease place : As shown in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ have the Grade "A" or "B" in terms of the qualification "Provision of services" at Kinki area for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④ prove to have the ability to lease the products concerned by themselves and by a third party, should the products requested through this notice be leased by a third party, and prove to have prepared a system to provide maintenance for the lease products. ⑤ Prove not to be a period of receiving nomination stop from the contracting officer etc. ⑥ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system. ⑺ Time limit for the submission of propos- al : 5 : 00 P.M., 22 October, 2025 ⑻ Time limit for tender : 5 : 00 P.M., 10 November, 2025 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Procurement Section, Accounting Division, Kinki Regional Agricultural Administration Office, Choujiburochou Sagaru Shimochoujamachi Nishinotouindoori Kamigyouku Kyoto city Kyoto prefecture 602-8054 Japan.
