| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : TAN KEIICHI, Director, General Affairs Department, Incorporated Administrative Agency/Urban Renais- sance Agency ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Borrowing of the UR-NET System, 1 set ⑷ Laese period : From 1 March 2027 through 29 February 2032 ⑸ Delivery place : under direction ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Articles 331 and 332 of the Urban Renaissance Agency's Rules for the Operation of Accounting Practice ② not be currently under a suspension of nomination as instructed by Head Office, Urban Renaissance Agency ③ not be the company where organized crime groups or their members substantially influence its management or a company in a similar situation ④ not a trustee or affiliated company of the following business Business name : Chief Information Officer (CIO) Aide ⑤ have been qualified for the proposal of procurement of "Rendering of service" through the Examination of qualifications for the Participation in the Competitive Tendering Procedures for Procuring Equipment in the East Japan District, Urban Renaissance Agency in the fiscal year 2025 and 2026 ⑥ have the Privacy Mark License or ISMS certification ⑦ respond to attendance inspection in Japan ⑧ Since the fiscal year 2020, have completed at least one project involving the migration of an on-premises information system with over 10,000 users to the cloud, including the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the system. ⑨ Since the fiscal year 2020, have completed at least one project involving the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of a Microsoft 365 system (including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams) serving over 10,000 users. ⑩ For the execution of this project, appoint one overall supervisor who meets all the following requirements : ・Has at least 10 years of experience in information processing work. ・Has experience as an overall supervisor for a comprehensive project involving the design, construction, and migration of information systems with over 3,000 users. ・Holds one of the following qualifications : Project Management Professional (PMP) or Project Manager from the Information Processing Engineer Examination. ⑪ For the execution of this project, appoint one implementation manager dedicated solely to this project who meets all the following requirements : ・Has at least 10 years of experience in information processing work. ・Has experience as an implementation manager for a comprehensive project involving the design, construction, and migration of information systems with over 3,000 users. ・Holds one of the following qualifications : Project Management Professional (PMP) or Project Manager from the Information Processing Engineer Examination. ⑫ For the execution of this project, assign team members who meet all the following requirements.
