| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Hideki Mochizuki, Director, National Hospital Organization Osaka Toneyama Medical Center. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 4 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Medicine Supplies, 2 items ⑷ Fulfillment period : October 1, 2025~ September 30, 2026 ⑸ Fulfillment place : National Hospital Organization Osaka Toneyama Medical Center ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO).
