| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Satoru Sakagami, Director, National Hospital Organization Kanazawa Medical Center ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 22, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : 3D Medical Imaging Workstation 1 set ⑷ Delivery period : March 31, 2026 ⑸ Delivery place : National Hospital Organization Kanazawa Medical Center ⑹ Qualifications for Participating in Tendering Procedures : Suppliers eligible to participate in the proposed tender shall be those who shall : ① Suppliers must not fall under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contracts for the National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, persons under conservatorship, or persons under assistance who have obtained the necessary consent to conclude a contract may be considered eligible under special circumstances as provided in the said article ; ② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ; ③ have Grade A, B or C in "Manufacturers of products" or "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Tokai-Hokuriku Region ; ④ prove to have registered with the relevant authorities, in accordance with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, to initiate business of selling medical appliances ; ⑤ prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the procured products ; ⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 12 : 00 September 8, 2025 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Kazuyuki Okigaito, Director, Accounting Division, National Hospital Organization Kanazawa Medical Center, 1-1 Shimoishibikimachi, Kanazawa-shi, Ishikawa-ken 920-8650, Japan.
