Summay of notice ⑴ Contracting Entity : Tomoya Yoshioka, President, Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO).
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Lease and maintenance of hardware and software for renewal of The Social Security and Tax Number System. 1 set
⑷ Fulfillment period : From date of contract through 30, June, 2030
⑸ Fulfillment place : as in the tender documentation
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have the Grade A or B in terms of the qualification for Participating intender of the "offer of services" by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto･Koushin'etsu area in the fiscal year, 2025, 2026, 2027.
④ not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the President.
⑤ "Law about prevention of an unfair act by a gangster" be not the mobster and the member, the associate member or the person concerned going to be prescriptive in.
⑥ If the department scheduled to carry out this task has received Privacy Mark certification, a copy of the certification should be submitted. If the department is not certified, it should clearly establish that it has criteria for handling personal information such as names, addresses, contact phone numbers, work locations, or similar information.
⑦ Documents should be submitted to certify that the department scheduled to carry out this task has established an Information Security Management System (ISMS) or a similar information security management framework.
⑧ Documents should be submitted to certify that the department has received ISO9001 certification from a certification body accredited by the Japan Accreditation Board or an overseas accreditation body, or that it has an equivalent quality system.
