| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Ko Goto, Director General of Kyushu Center, Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Renewal Work for JICA Kyushu LAN System, 1 set ⑷ Contract period : From 10 October 2025 to March 31, 2031 ⑸ Delivery Place : As shown in the tendering documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tenders are those who shall : ① not fall under article 4 of JICA contract management regulations promulgated on 2003. ② have the official status in terms of the Single qualification for every ministry and agency in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027. ③ No capital or personal relationship between the parties who intend to participate in the competition that meet the criteria described in the bidding instructions.
