| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : UMEZAWA Atsushi, Chief of Finance section, Imperial Guard Headquarters. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Supply of electricity, 1 set ⑷ Delivery period : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who : ① Do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, persons under conservatorship or persons under Assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have Grade A, B or C "Sale of products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④ Obtain registration of the electricity retail business in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Act. ⑤ Fulfill the requirements of Carbon dioxide emission factor and Efforts to reducing environmental load in the tender documentation. ⑥ Are not being suspended from Transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract. ⑦ Not be the business operators that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Japanese government is continuing state concerned. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 10 : 30 AM 3 October 2025 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Finance section, Imperial Guard Headquarters, 1-3 Chiyoda Chiyoda-ku Tokyo 100-0001 Japan.
