| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Kyoji Fukao, Chairman, Research Institute of Economy, Trade and Industry, Incorporated Administrative Agency (RIETI) ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the service to be procured : Affairs related to construct RIETI-TID (RIETI Trade Industry Database) 2024-2027 data ⑷ Delivery period : From the day of contract through to March 30, 2029 ⑸ Fulfillment place : As specified in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : ① RIETI shall not allow any party who has been adjudicated incompetent or quasi-incompetent, or a bankrupt party who has not been rehabilitated, to participate in the tendering unless there is a special reason. ② RIETI may preclude any party who is deemed to fall under any one of the following descriptions from participation in tendering for two years from the date of the occurrence of the action described in the following respective items.
