| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : FUJITA Hitoshi, Director General of Fisheries Agency ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 2 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : ① Fuel Oil A about 6,100㎘ ② Diesel Gas Oil about 5,500㎘ ⑷ Delivery period : The period which is specified by the Obligating Officer from 1 October, 2025 through 31 March, 2026 ⑸ Delivery place : The place specified by the Obligating Officer ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have Grade "A", "B" or "C" in terms of the qualification "sale of product" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④ Prove not to be a period of receiving nomination stop from the contracting officer etc. ⑤ Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑺ Time limit for tender : ① Supply October ; 1 : 30 P.M. 25 September 2025 (tenders submitted by mail 5 : 00 P.M. 24 September 2025) ② Supply November ; 1 : 30 P.M. 23 October 2025 (tenders submitted by mail 5 : 00 P.M. 22 October 2025) ③ Supply December ; 1 : 30 P.M. 26 November 2025 (tenders submitted by mail 5 : 00 P.M. 25 November 2025) ④ Supply January ; 1 : 30 P.M. 18 December 2025 (tenders submitted by mail 5 : 00 P.M. 17 December 2025) ⑤ Supply February and March ; 1 : 30 P.M. 27 January 2026 (tenders submitted by mail 5 : 00 P.M. 26 January 2026) ⑻ Contact point for the notice : KUROKI Katsuhide Office of Vessels Management, Fisheries Policy Planning Department, Fisheries Agency, 1-2-1 Kasumigaseki Chiyodaku Tokyo 100-8907 Japan.
