| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Atsushi Iida, Director, National Hospital Organization Tsuruga National Hospital ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 22, 32 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Magnetic Resonance Imaging (3.0TMRI) Equipment Upgrade ⑷ Fulfillment period : From November 1, 2025 to November 30, 2025 ⑸ Fulfillment place : National Hospital Organization Tsuruga National Hospital ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ; ③ have Grade A, B, C in "Sale of goods" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Tokai-Hokuriku or Kinki Regions ; ④ prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the procured services ; ⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 September 22, 2025 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Tomomi Hashitsume, Accounting Division, National Hospital Organization Tsuruga National Hospital, 33-1 Sakuragaoka Tsuruga-shi, Fukui-ken 914-0195, Japan.
