② Wakayama Operation Office, Kansai Branch, West Nippon Expressway Company Limited, 1038-2, Nakasu, Kurusu, Wakayama City, Wakayama Prefecture and other 1 places
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are who shall :
① not come under Article 6 of the administrative instruction of the Contractual Rules of the West Nippon Expressway Company Limited
② submit a copy of a tax payment certificate published within the past three months and formulated in either formats of 3, 3-2 or 3-3 prescribed by Article 9 of the Enforcement Regulations of the National Tax Act
③ have proven to have actually sold, manufactured or delivered the sodium chloride concerned in 2024 fiscal year (however, have proven to have actually procured sodium chloride or raw materials of sodium chloride from more than two countries after 2020)
④ have proven to have or borrow the storage warehouse located within a radius of 100㎞ from the following operation office concerning each purchase, and to be able or plan to use the storage warehouse during a term of the contract. The operation office and the capacity of the storage warehouse of each purchase object are as follows.
1 )Hanna Operation Office 150 tons or more,
2 )Wakayama Operation Office 60 tons or more.
⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification : 4 : 00 P.M. 21 August 2025
⑻ Time-limit for the submission of tender : 4 : 00 P.M. 16 October 2025
⑼ The language used for application and inquiry shall be Japanese.
