| Summay of notice | ⑴ Contracting Entity : Nobuyuki Marui The Obligating Officer, Director Administration Department, Japan Organization of Health and Safety Chubu Rosai Hospital ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Gas 13A 7,535,920㎥ ⑷ Delivery period : From 1, October, 2025 to 30, September, 2030 ⑸ Delivery place : Chubu Rosai Hospital ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting, Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause, ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting, ③ have Grade A or B or C or D in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Tokai-Hokuriku Region, ④ Applicants must have a general gas business license (Article 3 of the Gas Business Act).
