| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Takuo Shibayama, Director, National Hospital Organization Okayama Medical Center ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 4, 13, 16, 22, 27, 31, 32 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : A set of medical equipment, etc. ⑷ Delivery period : By 31 March, 2026 ⑸ Delivery place : National Hospital Organization Okayama Medical Center ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ; ③ have Grade A, B or C in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Chugoku Region ; ④ prove to have obtained license for selling a medical instrument in accordance with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law ; ⑤ prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the procured products ; ⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 P.M. 17 September, 2025 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Nozomi Tarumoto, Director, Accounting Division, National Hospital Organization Okayama Medical Center, 1711-1 Tamasu Kitaku, Okayama-shi, Okayama-ken 701-1192, Japan.
