| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of procurement : MURAKAMI Yoshiko, Executive Director, Japan Mint ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Gas to be used in Japan Mint contracted maximum flow rate 639㎥/h ; Estimated volume of gas for 36 months : 2,551,800㎥ ⑷ Delivery period : From December 1, 2025 through November 30, 2028 ⑸ Delivery place : Head Office ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who : ① do not come under Article 4 and 5 of the Japan Mint Contract Procedure Rules. ② have obtained Grade A from the Ministry of Finance Japan (all ministries/agencies) or Japan Mint in the category of "Selling of products" in the qualification for participating in tendering procedures for the fiscal years of 2025, 2026 and 2027. ③ have not received suspension of designated contractor status, etc. from any ministry or agency. ④ are not being recognized as an unsuitable one to make a contract with, due to the violation of the contract with Japan Mint including its branches in the past. ⑤ have registered as a retail gas enterprise in accordance with Article 3 of the Gas Utility Industry Act, or have permission to be a general gas piping enterprise in accordance with the same Article 35. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : September 18, 2025 at 5 : 00 pm ⑻ Contact point for the notice : TAMURA Ryuichi, Contract Unit, Accounts Division, General Affairs Department, Japan Mint, 1-1-79 Temma Kita-ku, Osaka-shi 530-0043 Japan TEL 06-6351-5463 |
