⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2025 in the Hokkaido area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by Hokkaido University,
B prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sales service and maintenance for the rent products,
C prove to have the ability to deliver the products, required by this notice, on the date and to the place specified by the President,
D prove to have the ability to rent the products concerned by themselves and by a third party, should the products requested through this notice be rent by a third party, prove to have prepared a system to provide maintenance for the rent products,
E not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the President, The National University Corporation Hokkaido University.
