| Summay of notice | ⑴ Contracting Entity : MURAI Masachika, President, National Consumer Affairs Center of Japan (NCAC) ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Construction, operation, and maintenance of the next NCAC website system, 1 set. ⑷ Fulfillment period : From the date of contract through 30 September 2031 ⑸ Fulfillment place : As in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 14 of the NCAC's accounting regulation detailed rules.
