⑶ Nature and quantity of services to be required : Information dissemination through the domestic advertisements, etc. utilizing the media, etc. to foster understanding of environmental revitalization projects, etc.
⑷ Fulfilment period : as in the tender documentation.
⑸ Fulfilment place : as in the tender documentation.
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② have Grade A, B, C or D "offer of services" ("Advertisement・Publicity" or "Others") in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by the Ministry of the Environment (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025, 2026 and 2027.
③ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
⑺ Time limit for tender : 10 : 30, 1, September, 2025.
