| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : TOKIMURA Hideki, Deputy Assistant Regional Commissioner (Management and Coordination), Tokyo Regional Taxation Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 57 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required. : Mailing agency business of the return of Income Tax and Consumption Tax 1 set. ⑷ Fulfillment period : Refer to the tender explanation. ⑸ Fulfillment place : Refer to the tender explanation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ; ⒜ not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
