Attention : As the scheduled supply of de-icing agents is the expected quantity based on the past record of supplies, it does not guarantee the actual supplied amount.
⑷ Delivery period : From the next day of contract through 30 April 2026.
⑸ Delivery places : Hidakiyomi interchange in Tokai-Hokuriku Expressway, Nagoya Branch, Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited : 318, Natsumaya, Kiyomi-Town, Takayama-City, Gifu, Japan, and other 14 places.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those who shall
① not come under Article 11 of the Central Nippon Expressway Company's regulation concerning the contract procedures.
② have been qualified through the examination of the documents submitted.

・Copy of certificate of tax payment
・Document describing the company career
③ Have proven to have actually sold or delivered more than 154,000 liter of Kerosene JIS No.1 K2203 in a year .
④ At the moment of application, it must be possible to own or rent a small tanker truck (load capacity : more than 2t and less than 4t) with an oil supply hose (length : 20 meters or longer) connectable to the oil filling port.
⑤ Have proven to be able to bring the products to the requested places within 24 hours after orders are issued.
⑥ not have capital relationship and personnel relationship with other bidders.
⑦ have not received suspension of registered contractor status or trader after the acceptance of application form for this tender.
