⑹ Qualification for participating in the tenderingprocedures : Suppliers eligible for participatingin the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Center for Child Health and Development. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ;
② not come under Article 7 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Center for Child Health and Developme-
nt ;
③ have Grade A, B or C in "Manufacturers of products" or "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto-Koshinetsu Region ;
④ meet the qualification requirements which Chief Executive Officer (CEO) may specify in accordance with Article 5 of the Regulation ;
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 12 : 00 August 27, 2025
