⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 4 and 5 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Hokkaido University of Education,
B have the following Grade qualification, for each item in 5⑶ above,
AC have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2025 in the Hokkaido area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency
B have the Grade A, Grade B, Grade C or Grade D qualification during fiscal 2025 in the Hokkaido area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency
C prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the procured products,
D prove to have the ability to deliver the products, required by this notice, on the date and to the place specified by The Obligating Officer,
E Be registered as a gas retailer in accordance with Article 3 of the Gas Business Act,
F not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by The Obligating Officer.
