| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Tadashi Ando, Director, National Hospital Organization Miyagi National Hospital ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 4 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Consumables for MR-guided focused ultrasound device (refer to attached sheet) ⑷ Delivery period : From October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : National Hospital Organization Miyagi National Hospital. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ; ③ have Grade A, B, C or D in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Tohoku Region ; ④ Must be a person who has a selling business license such as advanced management medical equipment etc. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 12 : 00 P.M.
