| Summay of notice | ⑴ The official in charge of the contract of the procuring entity : ISOYAMA Takeshi, Director-General, National Women's Education Center ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be purchased : Website renewal and CMS installation, 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : As in the tender manual ⑸ Fulfillment place : As per the specifications ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : A)not come under Section 1 and 2 of Article 13 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for the National Women's Education Center. Furthermore, minors, person under Conservatorship or person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause, B)have Grade A, B, C or D in "Service", in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (Unified Qualification for Participating in Tendering Procedures) in the fiscal year 2025.
