| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Katsunobu Inoue, Director General of Civil Engineering Research Institute for Cold Region in Public Works Research Institute ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be leased : Network Equipment 1 set ⑷ Lease period : From 1, January 2026 through 31, March 2028 However, the lease period may change from 1, January 2026 through 31, December 2030 in the case that the Minister of Land Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism authorizes a medium to long-term plan under Article 35.5 of the incorporated administrative agency general rules ⑸ Lease place : Civil Engineering Research Institute for Cold Region ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 5 of the Public Works Research Institute Contract Code. This does not apply to minors, persons under curatorship, or persons under assistance who have obtained the necessary consent for concluding a contract ② have the grade A, B or C in "Offer of services, etc" in the Hokkaido area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by all Ministries and Agencies in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 or the person who has received a determination of the qualification and has received confirmation of the qualification to participate in the competition at the time of bid opening ③ meet the requirements of specifications ④ not be currently under suspension of nomination by Hokkaido Regional Development Bureau.
