| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Hitoshi Terai, the Obligating Officer, Director of Administration Division, National Institute for Minamata disease. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 22, 31 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Non-invasive brain stimulation system ⑷ Delivery period : By 28. November 2025 ⑸ Delivery place : As designated in the tender document. ⑹ Rule of bid : To choose an undertaker by the bidding price. ⑺ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Minors or persons under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not be suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract. ③ have Grade A, B or C on "sale of product" in the Kyusyu-Okinawa Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of the Environment (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④ have obtained registration of the Electricity Retail Business in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Act. ⑤ pledger to excluding crime syndicates and other illegal organizations defined in the bid manual. ⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 2 : 00 PM, 25 August, 2025. ⑼ Contact location : Accounting Section, Administration Division, National Insti-tute for Minamata disease, 4058-18, Hama, Minamata-shi, Kumamoto, 867-0008, Japan.
