B Have the Grade A, B or C qualification in the fiscal year of 2025 in the Kinki area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency. C Not be a member or affiliate of an organized crime group, or who do not have any socially blamable relationship with a member or affiliate of an organized crime group, and who shall be able to sign the Covenant for the Exclusion of Organized Crime Groups. D Have more than 3 experiences with contract with museum authorized by Japanese law within the last decade. E Assign responsible persons who have the acquisition of 2nd grade or higher certified by Japanese Association of museums for packing and transportation of art.
