These qualifications are specified in tender by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027.
③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Hokuriku Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for submission of certificate to Bid Opening
④ acquire the electronic certificate in case of using the Electronic Procurement System
