| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of the contract of the procuring entity : Nawata Tadashi, Chief Operating Officer of Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 76 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Magnetic Toll Ticket 45,985,000 pieces ⑷ Delivery period : From the next day of contract to 730 days ⑸ Delivery place : According to the bid specifications ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 11 of the Central Nippon Expressway Company's regulation concerning the contract procedures ② Applicants must meet any of the following criteria. ・The applicant must have proven that it has a delivery record of magnetic card tickets by East Nippon Expressway Company Limited, Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited, or West Nippon Expressway Company Limited, on or after April 1 2015 ・The applicant have passed the approval test for magnetic card tickets by Former Japan Highway Public Corporation, East Nippon Expressway Company Limited, Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited, or West Nippon Expressway Company Limited. ・In the case of have not passed the approval test for magnetic card tickets as of 9 June 2025 (date of invitation for bids), apply for the approval test afresh until 4 July 2025 and then pass the approval test until 30 July 2025 ③ Have been qualified through the examination of the documents submitted.
