Submit following documents by time-limit for tender ・Competition Eligibility Confirmation Application Form (Form 1) ・Copy of commercial register ・Most recent financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, statement of changes in shareholders' equity, and notes) ・A copy of the tax payment certificate issued within the past three months (one of the following documents : No.3, No.3-2, or No.3-3) ・Documents detailing the company's history ・Delivery or manufacturing record for the machine purchase (Form 2-1) ・After-sales service and maintenance system for the purchased machinery (Form 2-2) ③ Not have capital relationship and/or personnel relationship with other bidders ④ Have not received suspension of registered contractor status or trader after the acceptance of application form for this tender ⑼ Time-limit for tender : 4 : 00 P.M.
