⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 8 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for Incorporated Administrative Agency Food and Agricultural Materials Inspection Center. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② Not come under Article 9 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for Incorporated Administrative Agency Food and Agricultural Materials Inspection Center.
③ Have the grade A, B or C in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders for "provision of services" of the Industrial Classification by Incorporated Administrative Agency Food and Agricultural Materials Inspection Center or have the grade of competition participation qualification for every ministry and agency for the fiscal year, 2025, 2026 and 2027
④ Not being suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 PM May 20, 2025
