| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : SHIMAZAKI Tomoaki, Director of National Veterinary Assay Laboratory ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 24 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Lease of Live-cell analysis system 1 set ⑷ Lease period : From 1 August, 2025 through 31 March, 2030 ⑸ Lease place : National Veterinary Assay Laboratory. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ have the Grade "A", "B" or "C" in terms of qualification "Provision of services" at Kanto-Koshinetsu area for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑤ Prove not to be a period of receiving nomination stop from the contracting officer etc. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 P.M., 16 May 2025 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : SUGASAWA Yota Procurement Section of Accounting Division National Veterinary Assay Laboratory, 1-15-1 Tokura, Kokubunji city, Tokyo 185-8511 Japan.
