| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : SHIGENARI Mari, Finance Division, Commissioner-General's Secretariat, National Police Agency. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Supply of electricity ⑷, 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 16, June 2025 to 15, June 2026. ⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tenders are those who : ① Do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, persons under conservatorship or persons under assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have Grade A, B, or C "Sale of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027. ④ Obtain registration of the electricity retail business in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Act. ⑤ Fulfill the requirements of Carbon dioxide emission factor and Efforts to reducing environmental load in the tender documentation. ⑥ Are not being suspended from Transactions by request of National Police Agency. ⑦ Are not the business entities whose management is substantially influenced by a gangster or the person who has exclusion request from the Japanese government and the state concerned still continues. ⑺ Time-limit for Tender : 17 : 00 24 April, 2025 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : ENJOJI Hiroaki, Finance Division, Commissioner-General's Secretariat, National Police Agency, 2-1-2 Kasumigaseki Chiyoda-ku Tokyo 100-8974 Japan.
