③ meet the requirements of specifications
④ not be currently under suspension of nomination by Hokkaido Regional Development Bureau. In addition, the applicant must not have been suspended from Civil Engineering Research Institute for Cold Region or have caused significant damage
⑤ not be the Eligibility contractor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned
⑥ construction license for piping works
⑦ The following person can be directly employed and assign to the service :
Piping works execution managing engineer or Engineers with equivalent or higher licenses
⑺ Time limit for the submission of application form and relevant documents for qualification : 11 : 00 3, April 2025
⑻ Time limit for tender : 17 : 00 16, April 2025
