However,applications etc. may be submitted on the basis that they are currently applying for qualifications with the same conditions for FY2025, FY2026, or FY2027. In addition, they must obtain an allministry unified qualification with the same conditions valid for FY2025, FY2026, or FY2027, and submit a copy of the notification of the qualification examination results by the date ofcontract conclusion.
