⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Tohoku University. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
B have the following Grade qualification, for each item in 5⑶ above,
ACD have the Grade A, Grade B, Grade C or Grade D qualification during fiscal 2024 in the Tohoku area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by Tohoku University,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2024 in the Tohoku area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by Tohoku University,
C prove to have obtained the wholesalers in accordance with the Law on Securing Quality, Efficacy and Safety of Products including Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices,
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by Vice President, Tohoku University.
