⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
①AB Not come under Article 4 and 5 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for National Institutes for Cultural Heritage
②A Have the Grade A, B or C qualification during fiscal 2024 in the Kinki area in offer of "Sales of Product" for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency
B Have the Grade A, B or C qualification during fiscal 2024 in the Kinki area in offer of "Offer of Services" for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency
③AB Not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by Deputy Director, Kyoto National Museum.
④A Have registered in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law
B be a person who has received certification by the building cleaning industry or the building environmental hygiene synthesis management industry according to the prefectural governor "Law concerning securing a sanitary environment in buildings."
⑤A Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO
