⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender arethose who shall :
① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ;
② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ;
③ Indicate that the information on power supply composition and carbon dioxide emission coefficient is disclosed in Attachment "Conformity Certificate" based on the Environmental Consideration Contract Law enforced on November 22, 2007, and have the total score of ① to ⑤ there must be 70 or more people ;
④ have Grade A, B or C in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Tokai-Hokuriku or Kinki Region ;
⑤ have permission to be a general electic enterprise in accordance with article 2, section 2 of the Electricity Utilities lndustry Law ;
⑥ prove that they can deliver the electricity, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer ;
⑦ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ;
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 P.M. February 19, 2025
