⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
ⅰ )not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermor, Minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause :
ⅱ )not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
ⅲ )have Grade A, B, C or D "Selling" in, Kinki area in terms of the qualifications for participating in the tenders by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years of 2022, 2023 and 2024.
Procedures for applying for the qualification for participating in the tenders by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualifications for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years of 2025, 2026 and 2027.
ⅳ )have registration as an Electricity Retailer based on the Electricity Business Act Article 2-2.
ⅴ )The person who is not being suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
ⅵ )Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00, 17, February, 2025.
⑻ Acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system
