| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Yoshiaki Miyao, Obligating Officer, Director-General of Tokyo Regional Immigration Services Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the services to be required : 116 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Staff for Consultation Support Center for Foreign Residents, 1 set. ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April 2025 through 31 March 2026. ⑸ Fulfillment place : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A, B or C "Offer of service" qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations in the Kanto・Koushinetsu Region related to the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year of 2022, 2023, 2024. ④Have Grade D "Offer of service" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders laid down by Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year of 2022, 2023, 2024 and have a record of services projects contract concerned of more than equal. ⑤Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 13 February 2025. ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Daichi Sugimura, Supply Section, Tokyo Regional Immigration Services Bureau, Ministry of Justice, 5-5-30 Kounan Minatoku Tokyo 108-8255 Japan.
