⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
② Have grade A, B, C or D on "Offer of services" in Chugoku Area in term of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every Ministry and Agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal year of 2025, 2026, 2027.
③ Not have filed a petition for the commencement of reorganization proceedings under the Corporate Reorganization Act or the commencement of rehabilitation proceedings under the Civil Rehabilitation Act (except those who have done the procedure of reapplication under the notification of the competing participation qualification)
④ Not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Chugoku Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for the submission of certificate to Bid Opening
⑤ Not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned.
⑥ Have proven to have actually fulfillment the service with performance similar to that of the service concerned
⑦ The planned engineer must meet the requirements in the tender manual
⑧ Have downloaded the bid manual from the Electric Procurement system, or have obtained the bid manual from orderer directly
⑺ Time-limit for submission of certificate : 17 : 00 January 30, 2025
⑻ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 March 3, 2025
