A Not come under Article 31 of the Detailed Regulations on accounting for National Institute of Special Needs Education, Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. not come under Article 32 of the Detailed Regulations on accounting for National Institute of Special Needs Education.
B Have the following Grade in the Kanto-Koshinetsu area in sales of products in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency in the fiscal year 2024.
Grade A, B, C or D
C Have permission to be a general electric enterprise in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law.
D Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
E Not be currently under suspension of business order as instructed by the Obligating Officer or any other institution.
