Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② have Grade A, B or C in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Chugoku Region ; ③ have registered as a retail electricity utility in accordance with Article 2-2, of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law ; ④ prove that they can deliver the electricity, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer ; ⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ; ⑥ meet the qualification requirements which "the bottom-cut method" in accordance with Green Contract Law ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 12 : 00 February 7, 2025 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Souta Kuratani, Accounting Division, National Hospital Organization Okayama Medical Center, 1711-1, Tamasu Kita-ku Okayama-shi, Okayama, 701-1192 Japan.
