⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting, Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting,
③ ①have Grade A or B or C or D in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Tokai-Hokuriku Region, ②have Grade A or B or C or D in "Provision of services, etc." for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Tokai-Hokuriku Region,
④ ①A person who obtains permission as a general electric power company under the provisions of Article 2, paragraph 2 of the Electricity Business Law,
⑤ ①The project must meet the requirements for carbon dioxide emission factors and initiatives to reduce the burden on the environment.
⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify,
⑺ Time-limit of tender : 12 : 00 31, January, 2025
