⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures :
① Suppliers do not fall under any of the following.
A)Not have the capacity to conclude a contract. (Except minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract.)
B)A bankrupt whose right has not been restored
C)Listed in each item of Article 32, Paragraph 1 of Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members (Act No. 77 of 1991).
D)Currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by National Museum of Nature and Science.
② Have the Grade A or B "offer of services etc." by Single qualification for every ministry and agency (the Kanto・Koushinetsu area) in FY2022, 2023 and 2024.
③ After the second year of Reiwa, museums of the same size (exhibition room area 5,000㎡) and other facilities such as art galleries Have the same or similar operational management experience as the above.
④ The business must be certified by International Organization for Standardization's ISO/IEC27001. (Submit a copy of the registration certificate.)
⑤ The business must be certified by International Organization for Standardization's ISO9001. (Submit a copy of the registration certificate.)
⑥ Have an in-house department specializing in the design and construction of computer systems.
⑦ It is recognized that the business situation or creditworthiness has not deteriorated extremely, and the appropriate performance of the contract is To be secured.
