Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Participations must not be currently under suspension of tender by contract officer, etc ④ Have Grade A, B, C or D in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Defense (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022/2023/2024 ⑤ Those who can certify that they should deliver contracted amount of goods which must meet requirement listed in a public announcement on procurement ⑥ Those who have testing equipment and personnel available in Japan at an inspection of procurement goods conducted by a contracting officer in charge ⑦ You shall not be requested to eliminate from tenders of Ministry of Defense of Japan by each Prefectural Police in Japan as a crime syndicate concerned agency/trader/dealer and still under such condition.
