⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April, 2025 through 31 March, 2028
⑸ Fulfillment place : The places specified by the President of Nagasaki University
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 3 and 4 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Nagasaki University. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance may also be able to participate in a bid as long as they obtain the consent necessary for concluding a contract,
B have the follow Grade qualification, for each item in 5⑶above,
A have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2025 in the Kyushu・Okinawa area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
BC have the Grade A, Grade B, Grade C or Grade D qualification during fiscal 2025 in the Kyushu・Okinawa area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C meet the qualification requirements which President of Nagasaki University may specify in accordance with Article 5 of the Regulation,
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by President of Nagasaki University.
