| Summay of notice | ⑴ Classification of the services to be required : 14, 27 ⑵ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Human Resources Labor/Attendance Management System 1 Set ⑶ Type of the procurement : Require ⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement : A The Human Resources Labor/Attendance Management System shall be equipped with support functions considered effective for employment procedures, work hour manage-ment, applications, salary displays, and personnel operations necessary for personnel management within the university, and shall contribute to the advancement of university management through the use of data, and shall consist of the following requirements. ・The system should be able to record the start and end of work, various leaves, etc, for more than 7,000. Furthermore, the system must be able to manage multiple work patterns in addition to regular work patterns (e.g. : discretionary work, variable working hour system, flextime system, short-time work, part-time work, etc.). ・The system must have the ability to perform by web site the necessary administrative procedures at the time of hiring and various procedures related to personnel and payroll during their tenure for more than 10,000 employees. And all these data must be able to be linked to personnel or payroll information. ・The system should be able to show their payslip to themselves on the Web for more than 10,000 employees. ・The system must be able to use them for tax and insurance procedures. ・The system must be a composable system that can link data with other systems used by the University. ・The system must be a public cloud capable of centrally managing these above functions. B The system must have an architecture backed by the latest technology and be a highly advanced open system that meets the current technological trends.
