A not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Okayama University,
B have the Grade A, Grade B, Grade C or Grade D qualification during fiscal 2025 in the Chugoku area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C meet the qualification requirements which President, Okayama University may specify in accordance with Article 8 of the Regulation,
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by President, Okayama University.
